Official Contest Rules

Must be a Hawaii resident to participate.

Program Operation: Contest will begin sign up March 15th, 2007 to no later than April 15th, 2007. Contest officially ends June 15th, 2007.

Individuals: Must be ages 8 - 16 years of age at the beginning of the contest. (3/15/07)

Regulation: Must have parent's signature.

Assessments: Need to get a pre and post assessment with a Clinic.

Tools: Need access to a computer.

Injuries: Cutty's Keiki Fitness Challenge program is not responsible or liable for injury or bodily harm sustained by participants during program operation. Individuals are responsible for obtaining medical
clearance from their physician prior to participating.

Media Release: Keiki Fitness Challenge participants may be photographed and / or interviewed by Cutty and his crew / the local newspaper / radio as part of publicity to promote the Cutty's Keiki Fitness
Challenge.

Incentive: First 800 kids to Sign Up will receive a Cutty Get Fit Backpack.

Prizes: Prizes will be awarded to participants that have the greatest increase their health indicators. Judges results are final.
